After the aluminum wafer is processed, it needs to be packaged to prevent surface oxidation, puncture and deformation. What problems should we pay attention to during the packaging process?
1. When packing, we usually use the T-frame packaging, and the packaging should meet the needs of storage and transportation. The riddle frame is made of wood, and the upper and lower sides are made of two pieces of wood. For the height of the rafter, it is necessary to meet the operation requirements of the forklift, and the upper part of the wood should be made into an arc corresponding to the winding diameter. The shape, the upper and lower wooden sides are respectively fixed by a screw, and the length of the screw is lower than the circular arc surface of the upper wooden side to prevent the aluminum disc from being scratched. Second, the product inspection is qualified and stamped.
2, the outer side of the aluminum foil roll needs to be wrapped with a layer of strong neutral or weakly acidic materials (usually selected for high release), and then put a packing list, the joint is glued with tape. A soft pad is placed on the end face to protect the end face of the aluminum case roll from scratches.
3. Add a desiccant. Wrap all the rolls with a single piece of plastic cloth. The plastic cloth on the outer layer of the lap joint should be taped down and the remaining ends of the plastic cloth should be inserted into the die. Use a suitable scale of rainproof cardboard to wrap all the aluminum discs in the circumferential direction and close the end faces, and the end faces and the circumferential joints and all the gaps should be fastened with tape.
4. Place the wrapped aluminum foil roll on the traverse frame and fix it along the circumferential direction with a steel strip. The steel strip should be bundled and sturdy. A box of cards is attached to the end faces of the wrapped aluminum foil rolls. In addition to the load-bearing and packaging costs of the box and the derrick frame, the shipping method and the user's shipping and handling methods and precautions should also be written.
