After the processing, the aluminum circles need to be packaged to prevent surface oxidation, puncture and deformation, so we should pay attention to the following four problems during the packaging process.

First, when packaging, we usually use the T-frame packaging, the packaging should meet the needs of storage and transportation; the riddle frame is made of wood, and the upper and lower are made of two wooden sides. The height must meet the operation requirements of the forklift. The upper wood should be made into a circular arc shape corresponding to the winding diameter. The upper and lower wooden sides are respectively fixed by screws, and the length of the screw is lower than the circular surface of the upper wooden side. Puncture the aluminum circles.

Second, the outside of the aluminum circle needs to be wrapped with a layer of strong neutral or weakly acidic materials (usually selected for high release), and then put a packing list, the tape is glued to the joint. A soft pad is placed on the end face to protect the end face of the aluminum circles from scratches.

Third, add a desiccant. Wrap all the rolls with a single piece of plastic cloth. The plastic cloth on the outer layer of the lap joint should be taped down and the remaining ends of the plastic cloth should be inserted into the die. Use a suitable degree of rain-proof cardboard to wrap all of the aluminum circles and close the end faces in the circumferential direction. The end faces and the circumferential joints and all the gaps should be taped.

Fourth, put the wrapped aluminum circles on the derrick frame and use the steel belt to fix it along the circumferential direction. The steel belt should be bundled and sturdy. Place a box of cards on the end of the packaged aluminum circles. In addition to the load-bearing and packaging costs of the box and the derrick frame, the shipping method and the user's shipping and handling methods and precautions should also be written.
